19/11/05 - Jepson's Gate and Healey Nab  

A 3.0 mile evening walk in lovely walking weather. Start at the embankment near Waterman's Cottage, Anglezarke.

Above the Blue Waters, and a Hot Air Balloon heads towards Brinscall

A sad "Pilkies Mount" as Eddie "Chorley Lad" calls it - nothing like as grand as in times gone by. I will try and find an older shot showing its

orginal state.

The building to the right is Siddow Fold - which used to be called the Gamekeepers Cottage by locals.

And from the southern slopes of Grey Heights Winter Hill, The Pike and Anglezarke Reservoir are clearly visible
