Whins Lane - this was the main Chorley to Blackburn road until the 1960's when a landslide meant a new road had to be built
The
place where the landslide occurred. This has made Whins Lane and Wheelton
much quieter as a by pass was built
Having
reached the other side of the landslip, this is nearing Wheelton village
