25/03/03 - Abbey Village to Darwen Tower   (a pub at each end)

The first of the reservoirs 

the watermans house. Note the empty fishermens chairs - I think they had gone to the pub for lunch.

After passing the Royal at Tockholes turn left for Darwen Tower.
