Number one

One of the big "clean-up" efforts of recent seasons focused on stopping goalkeepers from moving forward off the goal-line before the ball is kicked when a penalty is being taken.  Now its down to the assistant referee, postioned on the goal-line, to decide if the goal keeper moves forward.  But what difference has it made?  Have any kicks been retaken on televised games?  E mail us if you know of one or tell us what you think about the subject.
