Database: Analyse

This database will produce a report on the structure of another DP2 database.
It reports on Tables and Queries including the SQL
It can output in text, Impression or Ovation formats. HTML may be added later
Not all options shown on main layout are operational at the moment.
The formatting is a first attempt and will be improved with later versions.

The file will be produced as text. This need not be changed for Impression but
should be changed to OvpDDL for Ovation.
