Record Database. This database is used to keep my schools Technology and ICT records. It contains two tables, one being pupil information and the other giving group information for our Industry day. Industry day requires mixed groups of pupils across all four year groups. Future development will require another table for pupil e-mail addresses. This table will contain more addresses than pupils. When I enter the addresses into this table I want them to be automatically assigned to a pupil in the pupil information table. I want this allocation to remain until the pupil is deleted from the database. Once all the e-mail addresses have been entered any addition to the pupil information table should be automatically assigned an unattached e-mail address from the e-mail table. I do not want to enter the same information more than once but am uncertain how to achieve this aim and would be grateful for any assistance. Kevin kevin.b@argonet.co.uk
