Group Hire

Group Hire Any group of people meeting or operating within our area can apply to join YSDCT.

There is an initial £1 fee and an annual charge of £5 per group.

We can provide a volunteer driver at no extra charge or groups can arrange for their own driver to undertake the driver training and assessment. This is organised through the South Gloucestershire Council Public and Rapid transport department who do not charge for this training or the Taillift and Wheelchair training that can also be arranged if required.

Our buses travel about 5000 miles each month and provide transport to 2000 people, with our volunteers giving 500 hours of their time each month.
