Our next vehicle:

We are currently finalising the details for this vehicle. The choice is between a Mercedes Sprinter conversion or a coachbuilt LDV. The majority of passengers prefer the layout style of our current LDV with a row of single seats along the nearside of the vehicle and a row of double seats along the offside of the vehicle. They also like to have plenty of space to walk through the vehicle and plenty of space between the seats. Finally, the seats must be wide and comfortable. We hope to order this vehicle during May, once confirmation of the Countryside Agency grant has been received, for delivery in September. Each vehicle costs between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on adaptions, make and model. This money has to be raised independently of our usual funding. We have had tremendous support from the sponsoring organisations towards our next new vehicle and would like to thank each one for their donation.
