Westward Lunchtime News (1980) Ah, those were the days. A simple slide heralds the latest developments from across the South West. In those days the announcer read the lunchtime and late bulletins.

Westward Diary (1980) In the final days of the Diary, each day of the week was incorporated into the titles. And note the attempt to jazz up the theme tune (a 1950s library track).

Westward Weekend Diary (1980) On Fridays, Westward Diary ran for a full hour and would includes What's On and fishing news. Again, David Rodgers is your host here - usually it was Kenneth McLeod.
