A short statement about myself and my company;

I worked for Superwinch Ltd for eleven years and the last three years working in their Service, Repair & Warranty department. So I am conversant with all Superwinch products.

Since starting this repair business I have had all types of winches and overdrives sent to me, these include Warn, Ramsey, Rule, Pierce, Fairey and Mayflower, with spares being available on most of these products.

My main criteria is that any winch coming in for repair is not to just repair the faulty part & ship it back, but to completely strip the winch and check every component. All parts are degreased and washed. Then thoroughly inspected for wear and component failure. You, as my customer will be notified of the faults and cost of repair and then the winch will be rebuilt to factory standard. Please remember that a worn and un-serviced winch can be a dangerous piece of machinery. 

The core business is repairs and servicing, but I also sell winch spares and accessories - anything from nuts and bolts and winch lubricants to radio remote control systems, winch motors (electric and hydraulic) also canister and waterproof solenoids.

I also buy second hand winches, which are then fully refurbished and repainted ready for sale. If your second hand winch is past economical repair I will still give you back some monies on serviceable items. Turn around on repairs is usually three to five days.

I am now a master distributor for the Come-Up and Vime, which are very popular, but if you want another make of winch I can get it.
