Serves:5 ( makes 2 pints or 1.15 litres ) |

Preparation time:- 7 minutes |

Ingredients:- |

|
2 Lemons |
|
|
4 tablespoons caster sugar |
|
|
1 and 3/4 pints ( 1 litre) cold water |
|
|
10 ice cubes |
|
|
|
|
Method: |
|
|
|
Scrub the lemons and cut into quarters. |
|
|
Put the lemon quarters, sugar, half the water and the ice cubes in a blender or food processor. |
|
|
Blend until lemon is finely chopped. |
|
|
Strain through a nylon sieve into a jug. |
|
|
Stir in remaining water. |
|
|
Pour into glasses and drink - yum, yum |
