Ingredients:- |

|
2 Oranges 2 Lemons 2 Grapefruit |
|
|
2lbs sugar |
|
|
2 pints boiling water |
|
|
1oz tartaric acid |
|
|
|
|
Method: |
|
|
|
Wash the fruit thoroughly. Squeeze fruit juice into large bowl or bucket. Cut some "thin peels" of skins. |

|
Put the peel, sugar and tartaric acid in bowl. Pour on boiling water. Leave for 24 hours. |
|
|
Strain through a nylon sieve into bottles. |
|
|
Dilute to taste with hot or cold water. |
|
|
Pour into glasses and drink - yum, yum
