Story:-
I got Rocky when he was 2 years old from an old lady who had become allergic,
she was old and maby she couln't handle a big dog like Rocky.
He moved here and became a member of our family at once. We had two cats at the
time and Rocky who had never before met a cat just looked at them and understood
that they were the masters of this house. Not once has he tried to attack any of
them (or anyone else for that matter). I still can't beleive that I could be so
lucky as to get a dog as wonderful as he is!
He is the greatest friend! And I still get shocked when people say bad things
about mongrels, it doesn't matter how many breeds there are in a dog, it is
still a dog! Rocky proves this!
Everybody takes him for a Hovawart and even breeders of that breed have asked me
wich kennel Rocky is from! He is just as beautiful as any purebreed, just as smart and just as much dog as any of them.
I guess that's the reason why I think Rocky should become Dog of the week- He is
a great dog and a wonderful friend.
