Portraits Of Your Pet:-
SHANDY
I first came across Sally whilst browsing the web. I'd always dreamed of having a portrait of my beloved dog, but had thought the whole thing would be hugely expensive, and worried about the results (afterall, how do you tell somebody that has put hours of work into a drawing, that it doesn't look much like your pet at all). I saw Sally's banner advert on a website, which featured the pre-photo and the post-drawing results, and I was utterly amazed at how close the likeness was. I went to her website, saw other drawings there, and read the customer comments, all of which highly praised her work and discovered that the prices weren't nearly as high as I had imagined.
LUCKY
I contacted Sally, supplied her with a selection of photos and asked her to do a portrait of my dog. Sally's whole approach was highly professional from start to finish. The whole process took only a matter of weeks. I was delighted with the results, they are amazing - the likeness is so close it's almost unbelieveable ! I can personally highly recommend Sally's work - these pictures make ideal presents for loved ones, and are a real feature in anyones home.

Sally's Story, In Her Own Words:-
When I first met my husband, ten years ago, he asked if I could draw him a picture to fill an empty frame he had lying around. It was a choice between drawing his motorbike or his dog - and I'm glad to say there was no contest - the dog, Carrie was much more attractive. She was a lively and affectionate young collie cross who just wanted to be loved and cuddled all the time - my biggest rival in some ways!
Anyway to cut a long story short, his friends soon saw the picture and began asking if I would draw their dogs too - soon I was taking orders from friends of friends and so it went on.
At the time I was an Art Teacher but gave up teaching to start a family. Since then I've become well established as an Animal Portrait Artist and now have my own website with orders coming in from many countries around the world.
Our dog Carrie, is now old and grey, but she's still very special. If it wasn't for her, I certainly wouldn't be drawing animals - who knows maybe I'd be drawing motorbikes!
