History:-
Brody was born on a farm. He was sold to a pet store at about 5 weeks of age. We got him when he was six weeks old. He was very young and terrified of other dogs, we still don't know why; but think that he may have been bitten as a pup.
He did make fast friends with a cat I had at the time. I have never seen a cuter pair. Zoey, (cat) would wake Brody up by licking his nose when she wanted to play. When Brody had to go out to use the bathroom, Zoey would sit by the window crying and waiting for him to get back!
He was a quiet dog and was difficult to housetrain as he had a bad bladder infection when he was young. After months of patience we were rewarded with a wonderful dog. He really is very intelligent. He brings us his leash when he wants to go out, something that he taught himself.
He was one of the cutest puppies that I have ever seen. We were stopped in the street constantly so people could pet him. He became accustomed to the attention and now LOVES everyone. Everyone on campus knows Brody by name, he's a very popular boy here!
He has grown up, overcome his fears and now has many doggy friends. He always puts a smile on my face with his goofy antics. He's a very special dog and we feel privileged to know him.
