I "inherited" my dog in Isla Mujeres, Mexico. He belonged to a friend who wanted to get rid of him when he realised that he could not train him to be a guard dog. I had taken care of him and decided to bring him home. Although due to his mixed nature he has inherited a very light body type and can jump over anything. He is also smart, responds to all verbal and non-verbal commands.. But what I love the most about him is that he is very intuitive, when I'm upset he will curl up next to me. He does the same for my friends. He is also highly intuitive, his minor training in defence came back one night when he woke me up because someone was trying to break into my house. He then went downstairs and attacked the door and windows that they tried to break into. Finally I saw them leave. Now he makes me feel safe.
