Ambassador G'Kar is the Narn representative on Babylon 5. The Narn were a peaceful race until they were conquered by the Centauri Republic and suffered 100 years of slavery at their hands. Resistance to the Centauri was strong and eventually the Narn overthrew their oppressors and won back their homeworld. Despite sitting on the same council on Babylon 5, G'Kar hates Centauris and Mollari in particular and craves vengeance for what they did. Little does he realise that his antagonism will set chain of events in motion that will once again lead to the Narn race being oppressed by the Centauri.
