• Kent are Regional Champions at the Quadrangular! Again!
• Thanks to Bromley, Deal, Tenterden, and Blackheath clubs who all entered teams for the 4 Weapon team competition (the latter two, two teams each), and made the event such a success. The competition was held in the luxurious surroundings of Hunter’s Health Club in the magnificent Metropole Hotel in Folkestone. Its location on the edge of the cliffs meant that the gale force winds made getting to and from the cars with fencing bags an interesting process, but the facilities more than made up for it. There were several comments about the changing rooms being a lot nicer than at the usual venues, including provision of televisions! Next year’s competition will be held at the same venue – bring all your friends and family!
