Normal Rates - May & June; September & October: £230/weekHigh season - 26th June to 3th September: £280/week
High Season - strictly Saturday to Saturday and whole week bookings
only.
Outside of these months minimum let 7 days; extra days may be
available by arrangement
Discount of £20 (£10 per week) for 2 consecutive week
bookings.
A non-refundable DEPOSIT of £50 per week is payable on booking, with balance payable on arrival after inspection and approval.
The electricity meter will be read on arrival and payment for units used due before departure.
Prices are 20p/unit daytime use and 15p/unit night use as per meter readings.
I regret these prices may vary in line with national electricity prices.
Coal and wood will be available free of charge if required.
Bed linen (except for cot) and towels included in the rental.
I regret that due to past experience I have had to declare the house a "no-smoking area". Since the recent legislation the majority of my visitors do expect the house and bedding to be free of the stale cigarette smell which I find difficult to eradicate in the few hours available between visitors. Also I find the fire risk is unacceptable.
