Terms and Conditions

Because of the small, intimate nature of our business, payment must be by cheque or money order before despatch, but after we have confirmed your order by telephone or e-mail.

Goods will be readily replaced or the cost refunded (but not the postage charge) in the unlikely event that they are found to be unsatisfactory or not to your liking.
Defective goods should, of course, be returned to us, and in this case we would refund the cost of goods and postage.

There is no VAT or sales tax to pay; our turnover is too small for registration. We charge for the actual postage and packing, and insurance, if required.

Delivery

Despatch is generally within two or three days of receiving your remittance, usually by Royal Mail.

Note: We are a very small specialist business and may on occasion run out of stock. There would then be a delay of about 6 weeks while we complete a new batch of material. We would, of course advise any potential customers of this eventuality. For charges for delivery and shipping we would request that if interested you contact us directly by ‘phone or fax, letter or email for details.

Payment

Generally by Sterling cheques or money orders. If not in Sterling add £15 to cover banking charges before converting into your own currency. Please make payable to "Carbisdale Deerskins & Lambskins". We regret we cannot accept eurocheques or credit / debit cards.
