Chris
has been a regular in the top order of the first XI for many years &
is approaching 10,000 career runs. A notable fielder either as a close catcher at gully or in the
outfield Chris is also a useful & sharp paced spinner. He is perhaps underused as
a bowler.

John
is our very own ‘Iron Chancellor’, keeping the club on the financial
straight and narrow. The ‘Silver Fox’ has scored nearly 8000 runs
for the club in his own characteristically measured style. His calling
& running between the wickets, however, can be more lemming than
fox.

Never
lacking in enthusiasm Aaron has unbelievably topped the bowling averages
for the last two years. All despite winning the Armitage Shanks toilet
bowling award in 2001. An agile fielder with or without the gloves he
also took the fielding award last term. Can anyone remember him dropping
a catch?
