It was back down to J21 last Saturday, (this seems to be becoming a habit) on a slightly less expensive scale than the previous visit.

The Peterborough sound system, Krunch, are not in Leicester too often, but this time they were taking advantage of J21 to host another free party, and they are always worth checking out.

After a liquid start to the evening I changed into my clubbing gear and strolled down to the club.

Walking into the club I found a fantastic atmosphere as people buzzed about all over the place.

Full fluorescent decor, provided by Krunch and Talismanik, encased the dance floors in both rooms and the sound system pumped out the funky sounds of underground house music.

In the back room I found a selection of DJs ranging in style from drum and bass to nu skool breaks. Both rooms supplied fresh, creative DJs and a quality night out with a personal feel to it. I didn't even think twice about whether I should stay right up until the end - the music and the environment kept me entertained until the lights went on.

So if you've not seen either of these two systems before keep an eye out for them.
