Well it's that time of year again, goodwill abounds and peace to all men etc. Let's hope we can sort out the problems in this poor old world of ours and never see the tragic events of September 11th repeated. But mankind being what it is, I guess that's a little too much to hope for. We never seem to learn, do we?

But the BJ family has its own hopes to keep it going in these troubled times, hopes of a new album next year, and another world tour to go with that would be good! Plus the long cherished wish of Sambora fans everywhere, another solo album and tour from our Rock god. I guess we can't have it all but that doesn't stop us from wanting does it! It would be tricky even for a man of many talents as Richie to give us everything we would like. So why can't these clever scientists clone him? Then we could have one Richie in the studio working on the band album, one in another working on his own, one in my bed, sorry I meant stocking... and while they're at it, they could clone Jon as well. One at each side -- now there's a thought to keep a girl warm on these cold winter nights!

But enough of that already, I can hear you guys groaning from here. And yes, there are a few of them in this family of KTFA readers! Heavily outnumbered by the females, but they count, every one of them!

So fantasies aside, top of my wish list is a happy day with your families. And don't forget those friends you haven't seen for ages, send them a card or better still, go see them. If you know anyone living on their own, why not invite them to share your Christmas feast? There's always far too much food so another guest won't hurt. If you are lucky enough to have your family around you then cherish them and spare a thought for those that have only memories.
