Letter to manager of BSM dated 30th may 2003
"Dear Mr Dobson
i recentlycompleted a set of lessons through the British School of Motoring, which were arranged through the Mansfield Road branch. My instructor during these lessons was Mr Nathan Harris, who I understand is a recent recruit to the team of BSM instructors.
I believe he is an excellent ambassador for his company and deserves commendation for this. Despite his relatively short tenure as an instructor, I was extremely impressed by his understanding of the skills and attributes necessary for effective driving and by his focus on ensuring I passed first time. Please feel free to use my comments as you deem appropriate.
