1998 ….. U.K ..... Adele Chapman, aged seven, left hospital after becoming the FIRST child in Britain to successfully have a triple liver, pancreas and small bowel transplant. The operation took place on April 28th and lasted 10 hours

2007 …..  U.S.A ..... Ave Maria was the FIRST purpose-built Roman Catholic town in America. It cost £200 million to build and is the dream of Tom Monaghan, founder of Domino's Pizza.
