ID cards are another forerunner to the same solution. Not only will everyone be tracked and under constant surveillance, signals will also be able to be transmitted to the device to change emotions, thoughts and actions. Just as mobile phones are able to receive signals such as text messages, updates and calls, so the verichip will also receive signals and an individual will effectively become a robot, open to the whim of those controlling the signal.
