The external activities of Alan Road fall into four main categories:

• 'Youth' deals with activities for the younger people in the Church.
• 'Guilds' covers the middle-age band, but open to all.
• ''Outreach' is concerned with the local area.
• 'Mission' embraces actvities both at Home and Abroad.
