Alan Road Church provides peripheral activities for all age groups:

• For the very young 'Toddlers' takes place every week.
• The Church also organises regular rambles in the local area - both urban and rural - which are well within the capabilities of old and young alike.
• The 19:45 club organises around 6 events each year which tend to be non-eclesiastical.
• Alan Road Church is also involves with the National Childrens Homes (NCH) and Methodist Homes for the Aged.
