In 2002 the arrival of a digital compact camera sparked a passion for all things photographic. Instant digital feedback enabled Martin to see and appreciate the world in a whole new way.

Everyday objects, tomatoes, taps or leaves became a thing of beauty, even dead flowers, insects and water drops offered whole new worlds to explore.

Today, capturing images using a Nikon SLR, Martin's lens of choice is the macro which is almost always attached to his camera. Detail is everything, and flowers provide the ulimate colour paradise.
