BobMoCo are located in a pleasant area (except at 08:30 and 15:30 during term-times when human kittens are let loose). Working conditions are excellent. The hours are flexible, and snacks and meals are available at most times if suitable persuasion is applied.

The neighbours vary from friendly to downright bullies. (The Crow family in particular were a hazard to blacks in daylight hours. Cases against them were submitted to the Commission for Racial Equality, and to the local Council to have them evicted on grounds of anti-social behaviour; whilst awaiting the outcome their roost was demolished on H&S grounds). But there are plenty of bolt-holes and places to have a nap.

The successful candidate will be a target-focussed, forward-looking, self-motivating, success-driven team-player able to work unsupervised under pressure using his/her own initiative in a fast-moving workplace.iii He/she will be of tidy appearance,iv have excellent keyboard skills, be familiar with fax, internet and switchboard systems, and have at least two year's verifiable experience in a similar working environment.
Advanced knowledge of VB and WizCat an advantage.
