........the centre of any modern day village. The store is also the post office and is not quite as old as it looks, being built in at the beginning of the last century.
Letterbox
this old letterbox, outide a house near Webs Farm, is not actually part of Headley at all. It was placed there not so long ago by the owner of the house. This goes to show how artefacts have been moved from other places over the years (such as the oak screen in the church) and become part of the the local scene.
