The Musical Traditions Club aims to present the finest traditional singers from Britain and Ireland in a friendly and appreciative atmosphere.

The club meets about once a month on Fridays (see the current programme for dates). Past guests have included Len Graham, Gordon Hall, Fred Jordan, Elizabeth Stewart, Sheila Stewart, and Roisin White.
We take pride in the strength of our resident singers and musicians, who include: Peta Webb, Ken Hall, Dan Quinn, Jim Ward, The Rakes, The Posh Band and the Pigeon English Band.
The club was founded over fifteen years ago -- in October 1990 -- in the spirit of Musical Traditions magazine, now happily available in electronic form on the Web.
Since 2005 the club has organised a festival in honour of Keith Summers, one of the club's founders, who died in 2004.

The pub is a friendly local serving real ales (including Adnams) on the corner of Foley Street and Cleveland Street in the Fitzrovia area of the West End of London. There is a map of the area on the UK Street Map Page.
The nearest tube station is Goodge Street (Northern Line, Charing Cross Branch); Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street, and Warren Street are within easy walking distance too. Public transport information can be obtained from Transport for London. Parking in the evening is easier than you might imagine -- and although we're within the congestion charging zone, it doesn't apply after 6:30pm.
Admission for members is normally £6.00 (concessions £3.50); non-members £7.00 (concessions £4.00). Membership is no longer compulsory but members will be given priority.
