We are a dynamic charity that brings people together to work in Partnership towards Safer Communities in the Thames Valley area.
Reducing crime is a complex issue requiring a range of approaches and a host of different organisations. The Partnership is a vehicle to link these groups throughout the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. It forges close links between local authorities, youth and voluntary organisations, the private sector and the police, probation, prison and social services.
It is, in effect, a partnership creating partnerships. Without such an approach it would be impossible to attempt to reduce crime and its effects.
