The video is available in 2 formats, either RealMedia (.rm) or Quicktime (.mov)
The RealMedia video can be viewed while online, but is very low quality. The advantage is that the file is under 700k, so you don't spend ages downloading it.
The Quicktime video is best viewed by downloading it and viewing offline, and while it is better quality, it still is not full screen quality. It is a 7Mb file, so will take quite a while to download.
To watch either video you can left click on the link below, or to save it to disk and watch it offline right click on it and choose the option to "Save Target As" (or your browsers equivalent).
