

from the top of the gorge the trail can be seen zigzagging up the far side

soon we are looking down on the trail below - the white streak is the dried up river bed

the trail passes through a manmade tunnel

.. and continues into the gorge

downstream the gorge narrows dramatically - the dam is "Isbert's Folly" - it is almost always dry
