Matters Arising
The amendments to the Playing Conditions have been included on the web site.

Applications to join the League
Applications from Horton Kirby and BOCA Sports were approved by the Committee and will be put to the member clubs at the League's Spring meeting on 17th February 2004.

The admission of St. Lawrence and Highland Court to the Genese Cup was discussed and since the meeting an official approach has been made.  Their involvement in the Genese Cup only, with the option for the club drawn away to play at home, has been agreed by them.  Their application will also be put to the member clubs at the Spring meeting.

League Structure/Fixtures for 2004
Steve Nash had prepared a format which had been issued to the clubs.  Gravesend have asked to be added into this season's under 16 league and there have been requests from Old Colfeians, HSBC, Bexleyheath and Catford & Cyphers for a change of Division.  Steve Nash will do his best to accommodate these clubs.

The August Cup draw was made and will be notified to the clubs by Steve Nash.

ECB paper on Child Protection
It was agreed that the League would recommend the member clubs to adhere to these recommendations with managers and coaches at least obtaining CRB clearance.  Peter Wooderson is in contact with the Kent CWO, David Nash, and will attempt to arrange a meeting with the clubs so that the new policy can be explained.

Finance
Peter Wooderson presented the final accounts which show a positive balance of £521.

Peter is pursuing outstanding subs and fines from:
                              Gallions                      £40
                              Catford Wanderers     £25
                              Hayes                         £10
                              Gravesend                  £35

The use of the 'Awards for All' balance of £294 has been approved for use in April.  Peter Wooderson is, therefore, arranging two Umpires/Scorers courses for the end of March and early April.

Agenda for February Meeting
This was agreed and will be sent to clubs by Mike Donnelly.

Venues for Spring Meeting and 6-a-side competition
Mike Donnelly has contacted Stuart Whitehead and agreed that both of the above will be held at the KCC Ground at Beckenham.
Spring Meeting          17th February at 7.30pm
     6-a-side                    1st September, 10am - 6pm.
Players will be asked to bring their own food on this occasion.  Stuart Whitehead will ensure that the café is also open.

Presentation Evenings
These have been booked as follows:
1st presentation           Friday 10th September at Belvedere
2nd presentation          Friday 17th September at HSBC

Any other business
Steve Nash had received communication from John Simmonds of Gravesend suggesting that the league should consider:
1.     Abolishing score sheets
2.     Reducing the length of games

Steve Nash had replied, giving reasons as to why, in his opinion, this was not practical.

The Committee agreed with the points Steve had made.  Steve will return to John Simmonds to confirm this and to advise that he is perfectly at liberty to raise these issues at the Spring meeting.
