He specialises in training for the system management products Information Management for z/OS ( aka Tivoli Service Desk for OS390 aka Info/Man) and IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler for z/OS ( aka OPC - Operations Planning and Control ).

• customising a local government's Info/Man system
• developing and delivering customised TWSzOS courses for a Swedish Telecom company and a Saudi Arabian bank
• writing and teaching a three day e-business course for a major international consumer packaged goods company
• and writing and teaching an office automation course for a government department.
