Training Sessions
When do We Train?
Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays Sessions take place at the Francis Scaife Leisure Centre. Tuesday & Sunday Sessions take place at Pocklington School Swimming Pool (subject to normal term times).
Monday
7:00pm - 7:45pm (Orange, Green, Yellow, Red)
7:45pm - 8:30pm (Purple, Light Blue, Navy/Dark Blue, Black)
8:30pm - 9:30pm (Senior Squad)
Tuesday
7:00pm - 7:45pm (Orange, Green, Yellow, Red)
7:45pm - 8:30pm (Purple, Light Blue, Navy/Dark Blue, Black)
Thursday
8.00pm - 9.30pm (Senior Squad)
Friday
6:00pm - 7:00pm (Orange, Green, Yellow, Red)
7:00pm - 8:00pm (Purple, Light Blue, Navy/Dark Blue, Black)
8:00pm - 9:00pm (Senior Squad)
Sunday
7:15pm - 8:00pm (Purple, Light Blue, Navy/Dark Blue, Black)
8:00pm - 8:45pm (Senior Squad)
Please Note: Sessions are for the specified groups only. You will not be permitted to swim in a session you are not entitled to.
eg. No Orange - Red Hats permitted on Sunday's.
