The junior team with newcomers Jake Eade, Daniel Houseman, Olivia Gill, Eleanor Houseman, Aimee Millett & Lauren Gill in their first Gala all swam their hearts out to beat hosts Driffield & Scarborough Kingfishers & Derwent Valley.

The boys 13&U Breaststroke relay team of Chris Chadwick, Luke Huffington, Daniel Houseman & Gavin Thomson matched their younger team mates to win their race.( it must be noted that Gavin & Daniel were actually swimming up an age group to help the cause ), Luke also won his individual Breaststroke event.
Thomas Stubley was also a winner for the boys in the 9yrs Backstroke but the individual performance of the night was from Heather Curnow who as a late call up to the squad romped home to win the Girls 13&U Freestyle.
