On the first of May 2001 ‘Pressed for Time’ commenced operating again, under
its new owners, Alan and Paul. Our Mission is to be the Premier ‘Ironing
Service’ in the Sutton Coldfield Area and our aim is to provide a
Quality, Reliable and
Flexible
service, which will meet our clients need. We will achieve our aims as follows:
To ensure a quality service, all our ‘Outworkers’ have been properly
interviewed and trained to provide a consistent standard of work and finish.
Each outworker has signed a written agreement concerning those standards. Each
of our specially selected ironers knows that the business depends upon their
expertise, and professional care. And each person knows that they will share in
the success of the business.
As a valuable client, you will need to feel you can trust and rely upon
‘Pressed for Time’. To this end, we would like to assure you that ‘Pressed for
Time’ provides full ‘Indemnity Insurance Cover’ of all client’s valuable
property during transport, undergoing the ironing process and in business
premises.

A landline telephone number along with a mobile number has been provided to
enable clients to contact us at their convenience. An answer phone facility is
provided on each number and at regular intervals, the messages left are checked,
so delay in responding is minimised.
Only quality materials are used and a monitoring process has been in place
from day one, continually checking the quality of our products and service. Our
clients are encouraged to provide us with ‘feedback’ so that we can respond and
adjust the service, where necessary.

Simple pricing and easy to
understand conditions underpin our user-friendly service. We are happy to make
an alteration to time of pick up or collection should a change in a client’s
circumstances occur or it may be a client’s wish to change the location of
delivery addresses. As a consequence of listening to clients ‘feedback’
we are pleased to announce a new, low user service.
Our own ‘Market Research’ has encouraged us to introduce
a further new service, Executive Shirt Service, which is dedicated to
shirts and blouses. We are planning to continue to introduce new services in the
future.

Present Progress
‘Pressed for Time’ is aiming to be the
Premier Ironing Service for Sutton Coldfield and in the short time since
re-launching, under new ownership, our ironing service is now
delighting clients in the following areas:
Boldmere, Erdington, Four Oaks, Great Barr, Little Aston,
Mere Green, Pype Hayes, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, Walmley, Whitehouse Common
and Wylde Green.
Our reputation has been noticed further afield too as we
have been approached by the domestic cleaning company, ‘Maids of
Kingsbury’ and are now receiving referrals from them in the Kingsbury
and Tamworth areas.
We hope you will continue to enjoy the service we are
providing for you and that you will benefit still further in the future. Thank
