Catholic Church Abercynon

Here is the Roman Catholic Church at Abercynon. It was built in  the 1920's. Coal miners contributed to the cost of building it.

This is the font at St. Thomas's Church Abercynon. This is where people are baptised.

Here is the alter in St. Thomas's Church. There is a canopy above the alter with a statue of Jesus on the cross just below it.

This is one of the stations of the cross which is behind the church near to the river. It is in a state of disrepair now.
