SCUBA stuff (help my plastic is melting...)

	Mares SCUBA gear, I like it, see what you think. Their MR22 1st stage and Abyss 2nd stage regulator came out with a glowing recommendation in Diver Magazine’s latest regulator comparison tests.
	Uwatec diving computers, these may be the only ones I have used, but no one has slagged them off whilst I was listening :-).
	Suunto, Finnish manufacturer of my Equilite 1000 BCD, best known for their dive instruments. The BCD site (ursuk) is in Finnish only at the moment.
	ScubaPro, US (I think) makers of my 3mm neoprene suit and a whole lot more stuff besides.
	Underwater Kinetics (UK), US manufacturer of my sunlight C4 torch.
	Beaver Sports, UK based (but the beaver thing is still funny) again all sorts of stuff. All I own is a mesh bag and a knife.
	Procean, Dutch firm, makers of my mask, and (surprise surprise) lots of other cool stuff.
	Well I couldn’t not reference my certification agency now could I ? PADI will train you in exchange for money, and everyone recognises a PADI C-card.

Holidays and other excellent places (see pubs!)

	This year’s dive tour operator! I did my PADI AOW at Sharm this year (see the photographs section) on a 2 week trip with Explorers. A clean, simple and friendly hotel, with a very good dive school (Ocean College)
	Meerufenfushi - Maldives 1999’s diving holiday! that’s where I did my PADI OW. Two weeks of either floating about staring at the fish, or lying on my back under palm trees in the glorious tropical sun sipping silly cocktails. Ahh! well smart.
	Kuoni. The tour operator who has taken me to many of my best holidays.

Work related (What lots of dull IT stuff then?)

	APD Communications Limited. Mobile data? CTI ? Emergency Service? Integrated messaging? Vehicle Location (AVL)? Mapping (GIS)? If you need a software/ hardware solution involving moving data from A to B over radio (analog or digital), LAN, WAN, or telephone and you want it done right come see the place I work. We are the best. Trust me :-)
	If you write code for windows then Delphi is simply the best development environment there is. True Visual Object Pascal for windows - Delphi, go browse Borland for information.
	If you write web pages you have to visit the World Wide Web Consortium’s site for information.

GIS (thats digital maps to you)

	ESRI Purveyors of mapping and GIS tools as well as some the map data featured on this site
	UK map data from the government body that does that sort of thing, also responsible for some of the map data on this site.
