This years Brighton & Hove Sports festival is expected to be the biggest yet

Hello Everyone

From the 27th of June to the 12th of July, the Brighton and Hove Festival Of Sport will be taking place across the city. It all begins at Preston Park on the 27th of June and City Synergy will be there. Please come and find us at the cycle track where we will be linking up with the cycling group VC Jubilee.

They will be providing us with some tandems and pilots in order for our members to try some cycling. Please come and join us at 2.45pm. Tandem cycling will begin at 3pm. We will have half an hour on the track. When we have finished on the track, there will be running which will be organised by the Sussex Beacon Fun Run.

If you are up for a longer ride then we will be organising some tandems and pilots at the King Alfred Leisure Center in order to ride up to the park. We will be leaving the King Alfred at about midday as we intend to reach the park in good time to join in with the MassJive at 2pm. If you would like to reserve a place for the tandem ride from King Alfred's, please contact Paul on (01273) 697339. (n.b. Places are limited and will be allocated on first come, first served depending on the number of tandems

Why not make an afternoon of it as there will be many kinds of activity for all ages. Maybe bring a picnic. It would be great to see you all. The fun starts from 12 O'clock.
