The client wanted something unusual and with a nautical character. It was fitted into the room, primed white and then hand-painted.

The portholes, ship and wave details are thin pieces of applied MDF, 2mm thick.

The ash poles represent masts of a ship, with a crow’s nest at the top. Just visible are some seagulls landing on top of the wardrobe.
