NEWS +++New look for 2006+++Midlands Series returns+++Local winter series at close+++
+++

Team FLOW Racing are now in to their fifth year so it seemed about time for a bit of early spring cleaning, website wise. We hope you enjoy the updated format.

+++

Team FLOW Racing are looking forward to the year ahead and are hoping for another successful one, their first place in their class in the 2005 Marin Dusk ‘Til Dawn setting the standard for ‘06. With no NPS at Thetford Forest this year, the Team must look further afield - another attempt at the SSMM is now confirmed, this time as a mixed team of five. Also, the Team is entered in the new Twentyfour12 event in the 24 hour Men’s Open class. Visit our diary page for the latest event news including the NPS dates. The Midlands Series is also back. Locally the trails have stood up well to the winter, even the Black route at High Lodge, and with the nights now drawing out the Tuesday evening racing with JT Cycles is coming into sight.

+++

Both the 05/06 Marin Winter Series by Thetford MTB Racing and The Eastern Series Cyclo Cross League are now complete - see the race reports page.

Team background

FLOW Racing formed in 2001 as an invitation only team of regular cross country mountainbike racers to mark our long-standing enjoyment of the sport together. The team has a couple of shining lights with a host of victories under their belts, together with the remaining hopefuls who haven't as yet quite made it onto the top step of the podium - see some of our faces at our photo library. Contact us at Team@FLOWracing.co.uk

We have links with local organisers and have a history of six years of course designing at Thetford including the NPS and two of the Marin Dusk 'Til Dawns.

A number of local bike clubs offer a mixture of racing and riding, both on and offroad. The larger ones are: West Suffolk Wheelers, Mildenhall CC, Ipswich BC. Bury based West Suffolk Wheelers have access to a small closed circuit for winter tarmac training whilst both Ipswich BC and Mildenhall CC are central to the cyclo-cross scene.

We also ride and race regularly with the guys from Mutts Nutts.

Team FLOW Racing source their spares through bike specialists JT Cycles near Ely. If you've ever raced in East Anglia then chances are you've lined up against a handful of JT supplied Massi bikes and met Jerry at the race too - visit
JT's site to see more.
