Bernhard Dondorf was an innovative force behind lithography with the printing of this deck in 16 colours.
Art-deco deck, lots of gold and intricate design.

"This bridge or canasta game was first published in 1933 for the Centennial of the Dondorf Spielkarten-fabrik. The pictures, mirroring the ideas and artistic forms of the closing 19th century, gain their incomparable beauty through 8 colour printing of the faces. The clear design of the pictures, their magnificent colour and expressions of the individual figures give this game a very special character"
