Welcome to the Matlock Town archive site.

This has been developed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Town's FA Trophy win at Wembley in April 1975. The Gladiators defeated Scarborough 4-0 for a record victory in the competition.

The full accounts of Matlock Town's glory days are contained within a special book 'Down Wembley Way' by Don Hale and is available from local shops.
