Opportunities for Service
Qua Iboe Fellowship is looking for Christians who are willing to
go overseas as missionaries.
Medical
- Doctors: for two hospitals in Nigeria, the Holy
Memorial Hospital and Ekpene Obom, which is a leprosy
centre.
- Surgeon: for Ekpene Obom Leprosy Hospital, to
perform general surgery as well as reconstructive
surgery. Long or short term, ie a practicing or retired
surgeon could consider going to Ekpene Obom for a few
weeks to do scheduled operations for which no specialized
staff is available.
- Rural health Workers: in Nigeria.
Church work
- Church planters: In Burkina Faso to join the WEC
team and two Qua Iboe Fellowship missionaries to work
among the Dagari people. This requires Bible College
training and a willingness to learn French and the local
language. In Nigeria church planters are needed to work
alongside indigenous missionaries.
- Theological Lecturers: for two Theological
Colleges in Nigeria. A Masters degree in Theology is
required. Teaching will be in English.
- Bible Teacher: for Burkina Faso. Theological
training required.
- Youth Workers: for Burkina Faso. Experience
essential.
- Bible Translators: to undertake translation of the
Scriptures in Burkina Faso. Theological training is
required, as well as an understanding of linguistics.
Para church work
- Literature Worker: to build upon existing
literature work in Nigeria.
- Rural developments workers: for Burkina Faso.
