Penthouse maisonettes

The penthouses are two bedroom dwellings on the 4th & 5th floors of the building.

The properties are accessed by an entryphone system with a stairwell at each end of the building and a bridge walkway from the road to the 4th floor. All are Southwest facing with a 20' by 20' roof garden.

Each penthouse has either a carport or garage.
