Mitchell B25

My second big twin, (C160 was first). Scratch Built - '92-'93. First flight - June '93.
Still around and still flying, (occationally), still magic in the air.
Span - 93"  Elevator, Ailerons, Rudder, Throttle, Retracts, Bomb drop.

B17  The Flying Fortress

Once you have tried multi motor models the urge to build and fly another is so strong.
Scratch built - '03-'07.  Took a while as I keeped getting those head scratching moments where you put it out of sight and build something else.
Span - 100"  Elevator, Ailerons, Rudder, Throttle, Retracts.

Early days.                    Ready to go.

Douglas SBD Dauntless

My latest model, (mid Sept 08). Mostly built in Depron, just to prove to myself I could.
Span - 67".

Oldie-400

A scratch built, (no plan), speed 400 oldie style, for those nice calm days when you just want a relaxing fly. Well it was originally Speed 400 and nicad powered but it's now brushless and Lipo, what a difference.
Span - 47.5"
From Speed 400  To BM2408-21 brushless
I fancied a Sig Rascal, but I'm tight fisted, so O.D.

Avro Vulcan

Scratch built using white polystyrene foam and a little blue foam then BPC'ed, covered in brown paper stuck on with pva.
Span - 48"

The Vulcan will always be a magical shape.

Watt Flyer

This is a scratch built light weight for just stooging around and for the occational AP flight, (Aerial Photography). It was my first try at brushless and Lipo. The WattFlyer logo comes from one of the best electric model forums.
Span -

Lightweight+area=fun.   Also can carry a camera.

Majestic Major - (from the Ben Buckle plan)

Always wanted a big 'Vintage' model, and now I feel old enough myself to justify one.
Majestic by name and majestic in flight.
Span - 88"

All built up structure.       Flies great.

Little Sue - (from a free RCM&E plan)

Some thing smallish and light, to go in the car ready assembled, aerobatic, and just plain fun to fly, very aerobatic. Span -  38"
Sadly now deceased, always check you've selected the right model on a computer Tx.

Condor II

A second version of an electric assisted glider, original plan by Cloud Models.
Span - 80"

Avro 504k (ish) - (from a very old plan)

Now I don't do true scale, just models that look and fly right in the air, hence some 'non-scale' parts and finish.
Span - 48"

Depron Eagle

This is loosely based on the EPP Eagle, but I had some depron foam to play with.

Some 'commercial' models that I didn't build, more like assembled. Click on either picture to see more information.

C-47 (a foam kit by GWS)

I just fanced a C-47/Dakota model but didn't fancy designing and building one.
It flys reasonably well, though a little fast for scale flying.    ('A'=All on one page)
 Picture to follow.

F-14 Tomcat (an EPP kit by FreeWind)

Having seen some of the pusher prop 'jet models' I fanced one, well two actually.
Made by FreeWind and from EPP, (flexible foam).   ('A')
Picture to follow.

Mig-29 Fulcrum (an EPP kit by FreeWind)

Another of the FreeWind EPP models.    ('A')

Eurofigther Typhoon  (a depron kit by GAD)

A depron foam kit 'pusher prop jet', well I tried EPP and wanted to find out what depron was like.           ('B'=All on one page)

F-5 Tiger  (a depron kit by GAD)

Another depron kit.     ('B')
